Berkeley Haas Alumni Relations, the Office of Diversity Equity & Inclusion, and MBA Admissions are proud to invite you to the 2021 Berkeley Haas Diversity Symposium!

We are bringing together the Haas community — prospective and current students, faculty, staff, and alumni — for a thought-provoking, three day virtual program designed for current and future business leaders committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Prospective students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds will also have a unique opportunity to learn more about the remarkable diversity of the Berkeley Haas MBA Programs — Full-Time, Evening & Weekend, and Executive. A detailed agenda and event links will be emailed as we get closer to the event weekend.

Highlights Include:

  • The State of DEI at Haas with Interim Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer, Dr. Élida Bautista
  • A keynote conversation with Rosanna Durruthy, Vice President, Global Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at LinkedIn
  • A plenary discussion, “Business as a Catalyst for Social Change”, featuring insights from alumni thought leaders
  • Prior to the event, at 9:00 am PT, join the Women in Leadership Alumnae (WILA) for a virtual coffee chat *limited to women identifying alumni only.

Saturday, October 23 | 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM PT

  • A mock class with Professor Kimberly MacPherson, MBA/MPH 1994
  • Career Management Overview and Q&A

** The registration deadline is Wednesday, October 20 at 11:59 PM PT, though we expect the event will reach capacity much earlier. For prospective students who would like to attend, this annual event is best suited for candidates who have already completed their undergraduate degree and who intend to enroll in a MBA program in 2022 or 2023. We reserve the right to hold spots for registrants who meet this criteria. Schedule is subject to change. **
