This outreach event, hosted in partnership with the Educational Opportunity Program, is intended for UC Berkeley students who see their background or experience as "non-traditional" for business school, and particularly for students who identify as a person of color, first generation college, transfer, low income, and/or immigrant.

Join Haas' Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Dr. Elida Bautista, and current Haas students Daniel Lazarus and Jennifer Lopez, both MBA 21, for a candid conversation about how students from diverse and "non-traditional" backgrounds can thrive in the MBA environment, and how Haas is supporting students on their journey to become more DEI fluent leaders - in business, community, and life.

Morgan Bernstein, Director of Accelerated Access, will also provide a brief overview of applying to Haas through Accelerated Access and share resources for getting started and learning more.

Tentative agenda:
12:30-12:40: Check-in and get pizza
12:40-12:50: Brief welcome and overview of Accelerated Access
12:50-1:20: Candid discussion with Haas students, moderated by Dr. Elida Bautista
1:20-1:30: Admission overview and next steps

Pizza lunch will be provided.

Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
