Accelerated Access Student Experience Chats

Schedule time with current Haas student Steven Gomez. I’m a first-year MBA student at Berkeley Haas. I grew up in Stockton, starting at community college before transferring to Cal State Fullerton for my Business Administration degree, and later earned my master’s in Accounting from USC. Before Haas, I spent four years in Deloitte’s audit practice, and I’m now pivoting into finance with a focus on how AI will shape the field. Outside of class, I’m usually on the golf course or grabbing coffee with friends. At Haas, I’m exploring programs like the Haas Impact Fund and the AI for Business Certificate. Outside of the classroom, I stay active on campus through ALMA and as the incoming Co-President of the First Gen/Low-Income at Haas club.
